200ml newly squeezed lemon juice
500g fine sugar

200ml clementine cordial (see above)
A few cranberries, as a garnish
Mandarin essential oil, as a final touch

Preparing the Premix: Pour all the spirits and syrup in a sizeable container, let it rest for one hour, then strain preferably using a fine cloth, making it fully clarified.

To serve: Measure 85ml of your premix into your mixing glass filled with ice, gently stirring carefully for a minute until cold. Filter into a frosted cocktail glass or equivalent, garnish with a few cranberries and complete it with a brief mist of the essential oil above the glass.
